Calories burned uses MET × kg × hours. A 70 kg runner at 9.8 MET (~6 mph teaching preset) for 30 minutes: 9.8 × 70 × 0.5 ≈ 343 kcal. Your watch may disagree; both are estimates. Do not add that session to a "very active" TDEE without reading BMR vs TDEE vs calories burned.

Lifters: 1RM and protein before macro posters
